My design work on the film program for the 2013 Native Cinema Showcase, organized collaboratively by the Santa Fe Indian Market and the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian.
The program is 36 pages, plus a fold-out cover. I laid out the schedule on the interior of the cover, as well as the entirety of the 36-page interior of the program. The cover was designed by Whitney Stewart, while I made adjustments for colors, text, and typefaces.
The project was completed in record time – I was brought on the project on a Friday, and I sent the completed files to the printers four days later, early afternoon on Tuesday.
I worked closely with Jhane Myers (Film Project Manager, SWAIA), Machel Monenerkit (Deputy Director of NMAI) Melissa Bisagni (Media Initiatives Program Manager, NMAI), and Colleen Thurston (Program Assistant, NMAI).
