My colleague Dr. Michelle Lanteri, curator of the exhibition New Mexico Artists Around the Kitchen Table (October 14, 2023—January 24, 2024), contacted me to design a digital catalog capturing this exhibition at the Millicent Rogers Museum in Taos, New Mexico. Nicole Lawe (Karuk) photographed the spaces and art on display. For the layout design, I used a color scheme drawn from the exhibition and promo materials. I also created a pattern inspired by a tablecloth in the display for the cover and as a section design element. While the document is digital, I designed it to be 44 pages, so that it could be printed as a booklet for archival purposes. The page numbering reflects the primary usage to be read on screen.
